The next step is very simple: just add the item or items to your Shopping Bag. Once you’ve finished shopping, click ‘Your Shopping Bag’ in the top-right corner of the webshop screen.
You’ll then be guided through the purchasing process step by step. It’s important to fill in the correct address details because that’s where your package will be sent. Please double-check that the information is correct, otherwise your package won’t arrive! If you have a different billing/delivery address, that’s no problem. Simply indicate this when placing your order.
Note that to complete your order you have to agree with our Terms & Conditions.
Upon order completion, we’ll confirm your order right away via email. You'll receive two emails: one order confirmation email and one payment confirmation email (if payment was successful). Also the confirmation letter that will be immediately displayed on your screen after successfully placing your order can be printed out for future references.
Caution: Upon completing your order you cannot make changes anymore. If, in the unfortunate case, there's a mistake in your order details, please let us know asap via lisheng505@outlook.com. If still possible for us, we'll then update and/or correct your order details.
